Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company refers to Chopdiwala, Ahmedabad Gujarat.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to ChopdiWala , accessible from Chopdiwala.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund Policy

એક વાર ઓર્ડર પ્લેસ કર્યા બાદ રીફંડ થઈ શકશે નહીં.

જો કોઈ સંજોગોમાં આપને મોકલવામાં આવેલ પુસ્તક આપે ઓર્ડર કરેલ હોય એના બદલે બીજું પુસ્તક મળેલ હોય, આપને પુસ્તક ડેમેજ પરિસ્થિતિમાં મળે અથવા પુસ્તકની પ્રિન્ટીંગમાં ખામી હોય એવા સંજોગોમાં અને જો આપને ઓર્ડર કર્યાના વધુમાં વધૂ ૧૫ દિવસમાં ઓર્ડર ના મળે તો આપના ઓર્ડરનું રીફંડ કરવામાં આવશે.

Refunds may not be made once the order is placed.

If you get another book instead of ordering the book sent to you, OR you have received damaged or MISS PRINTING book, or if you do not get the order within 7 days, your order will be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy.

એક વાર ઓર્ડર કર્યા બાદ ઓર્ડર કેન્સલ થઈ શકશે નહીં. આથી ઓર્ડર કરતાં પહેલાં ધ્યાન રાખવું કે આપે કરેલ ઓર્ડર બરાબર છે કે નહીં.

પરંતુ એ ઓર્ડરમાં ભૂલ થઈ હોય તો એને સુધારી આપવામાં આવશે. એ માટે આપે અમારા કસ્ટમર કેર 8238042314 પર કોલ કરવાનો રહેશે. દા.ત. એક ના બદલે ભૂલથી બે બૂક ઓર્ડર થઈ જાય. એડ્રેસમાં ભૂલ રહી જાય કે મોબાઈલ નંબર ખોટો હોય.

જે ઓર્ડર ડેમેજ મળે અથવા પુસ્તકની પ્રિન્ટીંગમાં ખામી હોય અથવા ઓર્ડર કરેલ હોય એના બદલે બીજું પુસ્તક મળે તો એવો ઓર્ડર Return થઈ શકશે અને વિદ્યાર્થીને એક પણ રૂપિયો વધુ ચૂકવ્યા વગર એ ઓર્ડર ફરી મોકલવામાં આવશે.

પુસ્તક મળ્યા બાદ બદલી (Exchange) આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

હા ડેમેજ કે ખોટો ઓર્ડર મળેલ હોય એવા કિસ્સામાં પુસ્તક બદલી આપવામાં આવશે અને એનો તમામ ખર્ચ અમે ભોગવીશું

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Therefore, before placing an order, please make sure that the order you have placed is correct.

But if there is a mistake in the order, it will be corrected. For that, you will have to call our customer care on 8238042314. For example, if two books are ordered by mistake instead of one. If there is a mistake in the address or the mobile number is wrong.
If an order is damaged or has a printing defect, or if another book is received instead of the one ordered, such an order can be returned and the order will be resent without the student having to pay a single rupee more.
No exchange will be given after the book is received.

Yes, in case of damage or wrong order, the book will be exchanged and we will bear all the costs.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 20 days
The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
